检测原理	还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）可与二硫代二硝基苯甲酸（DTNB）反应产生硫代硝基苯甲酸和谷胱甘肽二硫化物，硫代硝基苯甲酸是一种黄色化合物，在 405 nm 处，可进行比色定量测定还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）的含量。
