| 产品简介 | RIPA裂解液是一种传统的细胞组织快速裂解液，作为Western Blot试验中从动物组织或细胞中提取蛋白的首选裂解液。 |
| 保存条件 | -20℃保存，保质期12个月。避免反复冻融。 |
| 注意事项 | 1. 裂解样品的所有步骤都需在冰上或4°C进行。 2. PMSF和原矾酸钠在使用前添加,每1 mL裂解液中加入10 μL PMSF和10 μL Na3VO4，使终浓度为1 mM。如发现RIPA有沉淀，请放置室温或温水浴进行溶解。 3. RIPA裂解液的裂解产物中可能会出现一团透明胶状物，属正常现象。该透明胶状物为含有基因组DNA等的复合物。用移液器反复吹打样本50次左右，可以有效降低样本样本粘度，离心后取上清进行后续试验。 4. 用RIPA裂解的得到的蛋白样品，因含有高浓度的去垢剂，不能用Bradford法测定样品的蛋白浓度，建议使用BCA法测定蛋白浓度。 5. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 |
