| 产品简介 | DIA·AN® SDS-PAGE凝胶制备试剂盒为经典的SDS-PAGE凝胶配制方法，包含了配制SDS-PAGE凝胶所需的各种试剂，用户只需自备制胶器具和蒸馏水，即可完成凝胶配制。
本试剂盒将凝胶配制所需的缓冲试剂、SDS等预先混合成分离胶缓冲液和浓缩胶缓冲液，简化了凝胶配制的步骤。分离胶缓冲液中含有Tris-HCl pH8.8及SDS，浓缩胶缓冲液中含有Tris-HCl pH6.8及SDS。 |
| 保存条件 | 分开保存。30%Acr-Bis (29:1) [E-IR-R305A]和TEMED[E-IR-R305E]需2~8°C避光保存。 过硫酸铵[E-IR-R305D]配制成10%过硫酸铵，分装后-20°C保存，有效期6个月。2~8℃保存有效期 一周，其余试剂室温保存。 |
