| 检测原理 |
TBARS（Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances）主要指丙二醛，可以和TBA在高温和酸性条件下反应形成的粉红色的化合物，其浓度与样本中TBARS的浓度具有线性关系，通过测定激发波长530 nm，发射波长550 nm下荧光值可以间接计算TBARS的浓度。
