检测原理	在酸性条件下，样本中的氧化性物质可将Fe²⁺氧化为Fe³⁺，后者与二甲酚橙高度结合产生一种蓝紫色的复合物。在溶液pH为2-3的范围内时，其最大吸收波长在590 nm附近，且颜色深浅程度在一定浓度、一定时间内与氧化物质的含量成正比，从而间接测定样本的总氧化能力。
