检测原理 |
黄嘌呤氧化酶(Xanthine Oxidase, XOD) 主要存在于哺乳动物的乳汁及肝脾中,属需氧脱氢酶类,是体内核酸代谢中的重要酶。在肝细胞损伤时,此酶早于SGPT释放于血清中,并且升高明显,其对鉴别肝细胞性黄疸及阻塞性黄疸有明显的测定意义,在缺氧过程中黄嘌呤脱氢酶很快形成黄嘌呤氧化酶,黄嘌呤氧化酶对自由基的产生起了重要作用。
XOD可催化次黄嘌呤生成黄嘌呤,与此同时产生超氧阴离子自由基,当有电子受体及显色剂存在的情况下,生成紫红色结合物,根据后者生成量的多少可以推算出XOD的活力。 |
