CD170(克隆号S17007L)
CD170是一种唾液酸结合性免疫球蛋白样凝集素(Siglec),是一种在免疫细胞表面表达的蛋白质,它能够识别和结合细胞表面的唾液酸。唾液酸是一种常见的糖类分子,存在于细胞表面。CD170通过与这些唾液酸的相互作用,参与调节免疫细胞的功能,如吞噬作用和炎症反应。此外,CD170还与一些疾病状态有关,例如某些类型的白血病和自身免疫疾病。本次上线6个克隆号为S17007L的流式抗体。

CD146(克隆号P1H12)
CD146(别名MEL-CAM,MUC18),也被称为黑色素瘤细胞粘附分子,是一种细胞表面糖蛋白,在细胞的连接处表达。CD146与黑色素瘤进展与转移有关,它最初被识别为黑色素瘤的标志物,进一步的研究发现,CD146在不同细胞和组织中有更广泛的表达和功能。它在内皮细胞、多种肿瘤细胞、人体皮肤毛细血管周围的周细胞中均有表达,起着细胞黏附、信号传导、肿瘤转移、参与免疫反应等作用。本次上线7个克隆号为P1H12的流式抗体。

CD66A(克隆号Mab-CC1)
CD66A,也称为CEACAM1(癌胚抗原相关细胞粘附分子1),是一种免疫球蛋白超家族成员,是主要在多种血细胞、上皮细胞和血管细胞中表达的表面糖蛋白。它在粒细胞、上皮细胞和内皮细胞中作为粘附分子,在组织分化、血管生成、凋亡、转移以及固有免疫和适应性免疫应答调控中发挥重要作用。CD66A在肿瘤中促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移,以及参与免疫逃逸。由于CD66A在多种肿瘤中的高表达,它被认为是一个潜在的肿瘤标志物。本次上新6个克隆号为Mab-CC1的流式抗体。

MHC I (H-2Kd)(克隆号SF1.1.10)
MHC I (H-2Kd)是小鼠体内的一种重要免疫分子。MHC I类分子在免疫应答中起着至关重要的作用,它们的主要功能是将细胞内的抗原片段呈递给细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTLs),从而启动对感染细胞或癌细胞的免疫攻击。H-2Kd是小鼠MHC I类分子的一个特定亚型,其特殊的分子结构使得MHC I类分子能够稳定地表达在细胞表面,并与T细胞受体(TCR)相互作用。本次上新22个克隆号为SF1.1.10的流式抗体。
