Human CD172a/b（克隆号SE5A5）
CD172a，也被称为信号调节蛋白α(SIRPα)，参与受体酪氨酸激酶偶联信号通路。它属于Ig超家族，主要在单核/巨噬细胞、粒细胞、树突状细胞和神经元上表达。CD172a胞内结构域与SHP-1和SHP-2的相互作用在调节白细胞粘附和转运、T细胞活化、巨噬细胞融合和吞噬中显示负信号。
实验结果展示

CD72是一种II型膜糖蛋白，它是c型凝集素家族的二硫链同二聚体，在除浆细胞外的整个B细胞分化过程中表达于pre-pre-B细胞。CD72与其配体的连接调节CD72酪氨酸的去磷酸化和SHP-1的解离，促进B细胞的活化和增殖。
