检测原理	Caspase 3也称CPP32、Yama或apopain，属于Caspase家族的CED-3亚家族(CED-3 subfamily)，是细胞凋亡过程中的一个关键酶，也是哺乳动物细胞中研究最多的一个caspase。Caspase 3在正常状态下以酶原的形式存在于胞浆中，没有活性；在细胞发生凋亡阶段，Caspase 3被激活，活化的caspase 3由两个大亚基和两个小亚基组成，裂解相应的胞浆胞核底物，最终导致细胞凋亡。本caspase 3/7活性检测试剂盒是基于caspase 3/7可以催化底物Ac-DEVD-pNA产生黄色的pNA(p-nitroaniline)，pNA在405nm附近有强吸收，从而可以通过测定吸光度来检测caspase 3/7的活性。
