检测原理	过氧化氢酶催化H₂O₂分解为氧和水，钼酸铵能够迅速中止CAT分解H₂O₂的反应，而剩余的H₂O₂与钼酸铵作用产生一种淡黄色的络合物，在波长405 nm处测定其生成量，可计算出CAT的活力。
