检测原理	线粒体复合物V又称为F₀F₁-ATP合成酶，ATP被F₀F₁-ATP合成酶水解后生成ADP，ADP在酶转化反应后，使还原型辅酶Ⅰ(NADH)转化为氧化型辅酶Ⅰ(NAD)，通过检测340 nm处吸光度的变化速率，来计算F₀F₁-ATP酶活。
