| 检测原理 |
线粒体复合物Ⅳ又称为细胞色素 c 氧化酶，是线粒体呼吸链上的主要酶之一， 将复合物Ⅲ转换而来的还原型细胞色素 c 氧化成氧化型细胞色素 c， 同时消耗氧气生成水。线粒体复合物Ⅳ能够催化还原型细胞色素 c 氧化生成氧化型的细胞色素 c，还原型细胞色素 c 在 550 nm 处有吸收波长。通过检测波长 550 nm 下吸光度下降的速率来计算酶活。
