| 检测原理 |
脂质过氧化物（LPO）是不饱和脂肪酸经过活性氧的作用所生成的物质。生成的LPO会继续氧化脂质体，从而在连锁反应中不断积累LPO。过量的LPO会分解成Acrolein, Malondialdehyde (MDA)，4-hydroxy-2-nonenal (4-NHE)等具有高活性的醛类物质，对细胞产生毒性进而造成细胞死亡。
本试剂盒提供一种可以检测LPO形成的荧光探针C11-BODIPY 581/591。这种荧光探针可以与脂质过氧化途径中的脂质自由基等发生反应，从而起到检测细胞内脂质过氧化水平的作用。该荧光探针在正常情况下通过光激发发出红色荧光，随着脂质过氧化的过程荧光会从红色变为绿色。通过绿色荧光强度的增强，可以高灵敏度的检测LPO的形成。 |
