| 检测原理 |
线粒体作为细胞器，是细胞内的“动力工厂”，是细胞有氧呼吸的主要场所，它的功能是通过氧化磷酸化进行能量转换，为细胞活动提供能量。其中，氧化过程由线粒体内膜上的4个呼吸链膜蛋白复合物（简称复合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ）来完成。线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅲ又称为细胞色素c还原酶复合体，主要功能是将线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ形成的还原型辅酶Q10，氧化成氧化性辅酶Q10。线粒体呼吸链复合物Ⅲ将氧化型细胞色素c转化成还原型细胞色素c，造成550 nm吸光度上升，通过检测550 nm波长下吸光度上升的速率来计算酶活。
