检测原理	一氧化氮（NO）化学性质活泼，在体内很快代谢为NO^2-和NO^3-，而NO^2-又进一步转化为NO^3-，本法利用硝酸还原酶特异性将NO^3-还原为NO^2-，通过显色深浅来测定其浓度的高低。
