检测原理 |
丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)是脂质过氧化物分解后形成的一种化合物,用于检测脂质氧化水平,该指标在氧化应激、铁死亡等领域的研究中被广泛使用。MDA在酸性和高温环境下,可与硫代巴比妥酸(Thiobarbituric acid,TBA)缩合,生成TBA复合体,通过测定其荧光强度来检测样本中的MDA。
